Description

Dolcetto is the first red grape to be harvested. Bruna sought to preserve the purity of fruit, and the grape’s lively precision and tension. Following maceration and fermentation, the wine is resting in stainless steel throughout the winter. Bruna is delighted with the healthy quality of the grapes, and this makes a lovely option to drink from release. Drink from 2025 to 2029.
