Intensely concentrated fruit, hand harvested, gentle pressing (free run), wild ferment in barrel, matured in Oak (period of maturation depends on vintage). It’s a wine that feels like it just keeps giving.

A: Vivienne Westwood. A sense of anarchy and one-of-a-kind.
As far as we know, there’s not so many producers that attempt this style. She’s unique! And same thing about considering glass-type for this wine. We recommend something that enables aeration and movement.
